Contact My time is split between coaching individuals, training group and a variety of Entrepreneurial activities in the personal development arena. When coaching, I typically work from my home which is a pleasant location in the Suffolk countryside; a place where you can get away from your usual pressures and relax into some quality time with yourself. I am situated in the East of England, just to the West of Ipswich, Suffolk and the North East of Colchester, Essex. We are conveniently accessible via road, rail or air. By road we have good access from both the South and the Midlands via the A12 and the A14 respectively. We are within easy access from London's Liverpool Street Station and Stansted Airport.
