These are the highlights of the projects that I am currently working on. They vary from ideas to think tanks to work-in-progress to implementations.

I list them here because I am a big believer in collaboration - by working together we harness more talent, create solutions that are bigger and better than originally envisaged, get more work done sooner, work on something with shared purpose and vision, learn from others, grow together, have fun and earn a decent living!

My coaching and business mentoring practice. I love coaching because I see people shed habits, beliefs and behaviours that aren't serving them well and allow their natural beauty and talents to come to the surface. I experience people grow in confidence and approach new things with amazing zest and a kind of effort that does not feel like hard work anymore because they are motivated towards doing what they want to do. It's an example of collaboration as well because the more people I get to work with the more I get to learn from their innate talent and diversity.

Relationship Coaching Practice.

Shelley and I would like to develop a Relationship Coaching Practice. As a couple we would coach others in significant relationships. This would include close business relationships such as business partners as well as loving relationships. Our aim is simply to help couples relate better and create more love and synergy.

Shelley and I have different and complementary coaching styles which we like to put in action and the multi-dimensional aspect of relationships is a tantalising challenge.

How you can participate.

Well we need more resources. If you know where we can learn more about techniques for relationship coaching and/or forums that we can participate in please let us know.

Essential Skills for the 21 st Century Manager

I am in the process of putting together a one-day workshop with a close friend and fellow coach, Phil Goddard. We are pretty close to finalising the content ready for August. The workshop will be no more than 16 delegates paying just £150 each.

The aims of the workshop are for delegates to gain greater competence in:

o How to determine realistic expectations with your manager that you and your team will achieve

o The art of outcome thinking to ensure achievement of goals.

o Setting achievable and measurable personal objectives

o The appropriate methods of motivation for different working styles

o Skills for influencing with integrity and communicating with accuracy upwards, sideways and downwards.

o How to earn the trust, respect and confidence of others

o How to get the best from yourself and others through addressing issues causing stress and under performance

How you can participate.

Well, throughout August we need groups that we can practice with. We are looking to offer FREE places on around three workshops. I assure you that the sessions will be valuable; together Phil and I have more than 30 years management experience and are lively and competent trainers. The 100k project (working title)

This is very exciting for me. My aim through this project is to offer a complete programme running from personal discovery to personal mastery to a mass market using the medium of the Internet. I see a series of interactive, atmospheric, visual and auditory masterpieces that encourages one to learn through a variety of methods including metaphor, quotations, stories, tutorials, exercises and collaboration.
